Your marketplace account.
Jomli is operated by Kiara Lasha Bennett. These terms and this privacy notice explain the buyer and seller accounts available while we prepare the marketplace for shopping.
Your account and access
You must be at least 18 to create an account. Use an email address you control and accurate account information. Your Jomli account belongs to this independent marketplace.
What is available now
Buyers can create an account and explore the marketplace. Sellers can prepare their shop profile, product photos, digital PDF listings, and creator updates. Buyer checkout is not open. Creating an account does not start a paid subscription or authorize a charge. Marketplace selling fees and purchase terms will be provided before checkout opens.
Your journals and public profile
This preparation release supports digital PDF drafts. Physical journal listings and shipping are not enabled yet. Upload content you own or have permission to use and sell, including artwork and design elements. Describe your journal accurately. Do not misrepresent what it includes or promise guaranteed health, personal, or financial outcomes.
You retain ownership of your content. You give us permission to store and process your uploads to operate your shop, and to display the content you choose to make public. Choosing “Make my creator profile public” makes your shop name, @handle, public creator name, bio, portrait, banner, and published updates available to visitors and search. Unpublished listings and journal download files remain private. Marking a listing ready does not publish it or open checkout.
We may restrict accounts or remove content that violates these terms or another person’s rights. Contact us if your account needs review.
Payout setup
Payout onboarding is not enabled in this preparation release. When enabled, it will happen on Stripe’s secure pages. Stripe collects the identity, business, and bank information it requires. Jomli will store the connection identifiers and verification status; it does not collect bank account or routing numbers in its own forms. Stripe’s terms and privacy notice apply to information you provide there. Connecting Stripe does not activate marketplace sales.
Your information
We use your email, account name, account status, and recorded policy acceptance to authenticate you, operate your account, and provide support. We store the shop details, photos, PDF files, and updates you submit to provide the marketplace features. Our hosting, database, authentication, and payment providers process information needed to operate those services.
Your account email is not displayed on the public marketplace. Only the profile and content you choose to publish are shown publicly. Visitors may copy or share public content. For privacy questions or to request account deletion, email hello@visitjomli.com from your account email. We may need to verify the request and retain records where required for security or legal obligations.
